Conflict zen comment policy

I welcome comments that add, dissent, support and otherwise expand the dialogue begun with my posts. But life’s short and this is, after all, a site about engaging conflict effectively. So:

• It’s ok to disagree, but you don’t get to abuse me or others in doing so.
• It’s not ok for you to promote hatred in your comments on my blog.
• It’s not ok to spam. Period. In any form, including comments that are meant to look legit but are really sales tricks in disguise.
• It’s not ok to comment anonymously. If you want to be taken seriously, have the fortitude to identify yourself.

Anything that I decide fits into one of the above categories will be deleted or edited.
