Your New Year’s Conflict Resolution

How will you use this new day, this new year? What if, instead of the same tired New Year’s resolutions, you were to do something different? What if you were to pick a single work or home relationship that’s important to you and take simple, do-able actions to confront a nagging conflict and strengthen that relationship for the long run?

Would you do it? Would you choose your spouse, partner, co-worker, boss, parent, sibling, best friend, or neighbor?

Would you do it if you believed it would make a difference?

Would you be willing to decide to believe that you can make a difference in that relationship?
